- Friday night dance with live music, drinks, and snacks in the Copper Room
- Two all-you-can-eat breakfast buffets in the Lakeside Cafe on Sat & Sun mornings
- **If you don't want the buffets, you may opt out of these meals and receive a refund of $35.00 USD
- Group dinner & dance with live music on Saturday night in the Copper Room
- Use of Harrison Hot Springs pools & facilities if you are staying at the resort
Prices do not include:
- Transportation to and from Harrison Hot Springs

B) Hotel Room Rates (in Canadian Dollars)
To qualify for our specially discounted group rates at Harrison Hot Springs, you must call and book your room directly through the hotel "Group Reservations" desk and say you are with "Roll Up The Rug" (Group Reservation # 42R01M). Rates are the same for single or double occupancy. Payment will be made directly to Harrison Hot Springs Resort in Canadian Currency. Tax is approximately 16%. Room Prices are in Canadian Dollars (Currently $1.00 US = $1.33 Canadian; $1 Canadian = $0.76 US)
**PLEASE NOTE: Our group discount for the hotel rooms is only good through March 17th. After then it's on a space available basis at the regular seasonal rates. So call the resort early and book your room!
SINGLE/DOUBLE ROOMS per night (1 or 2 beds)

**Please feel free to arrive early and/or to stay an extra night as you wish. To do so, you would simply need to make those arrangements with the hotel when you book your room. The hotel will honor the same group rates for any additional nights you choose to stay

Whichever way you contact them, be sure to let them know the following:
- Your name and contact information (email, phone, address)
- That you are with "Roll Up The Rug"
- Your arrival and departure dates
- Your preferred room location from the list above (Main Hotel, West Tower, West Wing, East Tower)
- The number of persons sharing your room (if more than one, please indicate your preference for a single bed or for separate beds. Please also let them know the name(s) of the person or persons you will be sharing your room with)
- Your form of payment
- Any special needs you might have.
* PLEASE NOTE:
1. Our group hotel rate will be guaranteed through Tuesday, March 17th. Reservations received after March 17th will be provided on a space available basis at prevailing rates.
2. As per hotel policy, hotel reservations must be guaranteed by a credit card or by an advanced deposit received 30 days prior to arrival. Individual Cancellations must be made 72 hours prior to arrival or one night's charge will be forfeited.
3. Cancellation refund policy for the "Roll Up The Rug" instruction, meal, and dance package is as follows:
- Full refund minus $50 if cancelled by March 17th (1 month prior to the retreat);
- Full refund minus $100 from March 18th to April 3rd (14 days before the retreat);
- After April 4th, all purchases will be final and non-refundable.
- PLEASE NOTE: If you find you are unable to attend the event, your ticket is fully transferable, i.e.: you may give or sell it to another person on your own. If you do give it to another person, please notify us of the switch by emailing arilevitt@hotmail.com, cc-ing all of the people involved, and giving consent for the switch to occur. Please have the person you are transferring the ticket to register separately online and let us know in the comment field that this is a transferred ticket (not purchased).
